Traditional tourist center, located in the valley of Punilla to borders of the river Grande de Punilla (where is located the dock La Falda) in the Province of Cordoba.

La Falda preserves rest of a resplendent past, in where by the end of century XIX, began to be constructed summery mansions near the Eden Hotel, which gave the origin to the present municipality.

* Eden Hotel .(Eden Avenue and way to El Cuadrado) the building was constructed in 1897 and lodged poets, philosophers, artists, politicians and farmers, until it closed its doors when World War II finalized, in 1945. Between the famous ones which lodged in the Eden Hotel were Albert Einstein, Ruben Darío, the prince of Wales, the prince of Saboya and presidents Argentino Julio Roca and Figueroa Alcorta. Today, it belongs to the Municipality of La Plata, after its closing in 1988.
In Eden you can find MUSEUM ARQUEOLOGIC ARGENTINE AMBATO, which it conserves the collection that formerly belonged to Aroldo Rosso, and it is compound, by objects coming from different cultures from the Norwest Argentine. It highlights particulary the funeral ballot boxes of the cultures of Belen and Santamariana. Also some archaeological vestiges of the natives comechingones are exposed.

* Dock La Falda . Located on the river Grande de Punilla from 1979, when it was finished. It is formed by a strong wall of 26 meters of height and 126 of length. The dam contains more than 800,000 cubic meters of water. In the lake you can practice nautical sports. On the river there is the main BATH of the city.

* Reloj Cucu - the Cucu Clock. (intersection of the diagonal San Martín St. and Patria Avenue) Typical monument of the city to take photos, constructed in 1963.

* Museum of the Railroad in miniature . (Villa Esther- Works within the large house, Murallas St. 200) Unique in Argentina, and as its name indicates it has display cabinets covered by tiny trains worldwide, that were collected by Hard Werner throughout all their life. The three rooms of exhibition correspond to America, Europe and Hard Werner. With time her daughter was the one in charge to found on 1983 east museum of modelism of railway.
